Our Employee Sexual Harassment Training Train-The-Trainer program provides you with the knowledge, presentation skills, and instructional materials to conduct Sexual Harassment Prevention Training seminars for organizations nationwide.
You will be registered as a recognized Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Provider and will have the opportunity to enroll in our live virtual Train-The-Trainer Program.
Our interactive, full review of the training curriculum will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to conduct Sexual Harassment Prevention, workplace harassment awareness, discrimination prevention, and compliance training programs.
The training lasts approximately four hours and includes an in-depth review of all required Sexual Harassment Prevention laws, reporting procedures, workplace responsibilities, investigation awareness, and compliance requirements. We also provide customized Train-The-Trainer programs for multiple workplace compliance topics, either in a single extended training or across multiple sessions, as your organization requires.
A Sexual Harassment Prevention Trainer with at least 10 years of professional experience who provides workplace investigations in the area of sexual harassment, retaliation, discrimination, hostile work situations, and employment compliance matters.
