Our Sexual Harassment Prevention Training program is a professional PowerPoint presentation with more than 25 slides that addresses federal, state, and workplace sexual harassment laws, employee rights, reporting procedures, and employer responsibilities. To increase attendance and knowledge retention, we incorporate case studies, interactive and group discussions, role-play, critical thinking exercises, and ample opportunities for questions and answers. Our training program is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean.
Assessments are conducted before and after training sessions to assess knowledge acquisition and demonstrate learning objectives. Assessments are available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean.
Participants receive a complete handout package of sexual harassment prevention policies and procedures, gender discrimination policies, workplace bullying policies, and federal and state employment laws. Having these handouts as reference material keeps the knowledge going long after the session is over.
Through instructor-led discussions, video demonstrations, and scenarios relevant to your industry and workplace, participants learn how to identify, prevent, report, and correct sexual harassment and inappropriate workplace behavior.
A signed and dated Certificate of Completion and an Employee Acknowledgment of Training are provided to each participant to verify attendance and completion of the sexual harassment training program.
EHC offers a complimentary two-year follow-up monitoring program to help maintain compliance and reinforce key concepts. Updated training is provided every 4 months. Employees sign and date acknowledgment forms documenting each training session.
The training program offers no-fuss, low-cost, all-inclusive pricing that includes training materials, instruction, documentation, assessments, certificates, and monitoring services.
Full attendance tracking, sign-in sheets, training acknowledgment, and curriculum documentation are supplied and maintained to meet compliance requirements.
There is no limit to attendance at training sessions. We encourage organizations to have as many employees attend as possible to increase workplace awareness, compliance, and return on investment.
Employees will learn how to identify, prevent, report, and remediate sexual harassment involving employees and/or outside parties, as well as other inappropriate workplace behavior, through instructor-led discussions, video demonstrations, and industry-specific workplace scenarios.
