Dr. Ron: Since 1983, we have guaranteed the most engaging, clear, and energetic coaches to help your team build a safer, higher-performing workplace.
The story began when Ron earned his Doctorate in Educational Psychology from UC Berkeley. Over a cold beer with Cal Berkeley head football coach Joe Kapp, he grabbed a pencil and paper to sketch out his vision for a premier corporate training company.
Standing out in the early days meant competing directly with established speakers’ bureaus and event planners. As digital platforms grew to level the playing field and workplace harassment standards evolved, so did our mission.
Today, as Ron steps into semi-retirement, he hands the reins to our trusted leadership team, Dena and Tom Kelber. Under their direction, Employee Harassment Coaching continues its long tradition of helping organizations prevent workplace harassment, ensure compliance, and drive long-term success.
