It Is Our Goal To Help You Grow Your Sexual Harassment Training Business!

Employee Harassment Training (EHC) is dedicated to showcasing the skills and experience of qualified Sexual Harassment Prevention Trainers, Workplace Compliance Consultants, and Human Resources Professionals, and helping them get new business with employers in need of training services. We use effective online marketing, search engine optimization, and social media campaigns to place our qualified providers in front of potential employers.

We target specific keywords for sexual harassment prevention and workplace compliance. We continually update and optimize industry-specific, educational, and training content to improve our online search presence and generate qualified leads for our providers.

Our trainers have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in sexual harassment prevention training, workplace investigations, complaint resolution, employment law compliance, discrimination prevention education, or employer consultation, as required by each state. Many of our more experienced instructors hold respected human resources certifications and advanced professional credentials.

Provider Qualifications

Most of our instructors are lawyers, human resource managers, workplace investigators, compliance professionals, educators, or trainers who hold Master’s and Doctoral degrees, or are otherwise credentialed at advanced professional levels. All of our instructors have substantial experience in employment law, workplace behavior, employee relations, or sexual harassment prevention training.

To qualify for different state training requirements, our instructors must have at least 2 years of experience as trainers or designers of sexual harassment training programs, handling workplace complaints, conducting investigations, advising employers on compliance issues, or facilitating workplace culture programs in organizations.

A number of our top corporate trainers hold certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

How It Works

Enrollment

There is a one-time charge of $198.00 that must be paid by all EHC training providers upon approval.

Membership

After that, a monthly charge of $24.99 will apply to remain actively involved in the EHC network. The members will be receiving inquiries about training and referrals for potential customers from their respective states and adjacent regions.

Professional Profile

The providers will have their unique business profiles, including direct contact information, credentials, and specializations in sexual harassment prevention training. The profiles will help customers reach out directly to providers for training.

Lead Distribution

Leads will be distributed via email, and it will be up to the providers to contact clients, create custom proposals, schedule training, and offer sexual harassment prevention services.
