All state government employees are required to take the web-based course “Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Prevention.” As front liners of recourse for victims of harassment, supervisors and managers must receive different training from non-supervisory employees. There are no specific sexual harassment training requirements for private employers in Pennsylvania.
